计划类岗位在不同外企的供应链和物流领域中有很多不同的职位，如：供应链计划员（Supply Chain Planner）、物流计划员（Logistics Planner）、生产计划员（Production Planner）、需求计划员（Demand Planner）、 库存计划员（Inventory Planner）、运输计划员（Transportation Planner）、 采购计划员（Procurement Planner），但万变不离其宗。以上所有的计划岗位的面试过程及应对思路均可以参考本文。
外企面试的开头一般是英文面试，首先是必问的问题：
1.Could you describe yourself？
参考回答思路：准备精炼的英文版本的学术背景及工作经历介绍，尽量往应聘的岗位要求靠齐，有意无意中体现出在过往经历中有运用JD中所需要技能的描述。不要讲的太细节，留有空间，让面试官在后续的面试中展开去问。
例子：Thank you for having me. My name is XXX, and I have a background in supply chain management. I graduated from XXX university and major was supply chain management. Additionally, I have practical experience in planning, purchasing, and inventory management through internships. I have also utilized Python and SQL to conduct business intelligence analysis and enhance operational efficiency.
第二、第三、第四个问题一般还会是英文的，面试官会根据介绍中自己感兴趣的部分去深挖，所以要做到对自己的介绍中的每一部分滚瓜烂熟。
2. Can you provide more details about the internships you mentioned?
参考思路：体现出再过往经历中，有实际计划类岗位的经验，尽量往多方面去扩张，说不定其中一点就能打动面试官。
例子：During my internships, I gained valuable experience in planning and purchasing, as well as inventory management. I worked with suppliers, analyzed demand forecasts, and monitored inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of materials. I also used enterprise resource planning systems to track and manage inventory.
3. How did you use Python and SQL to conduct business intelligence analysis?
参考思路：这类问题考核数据分析的思维和能力，优秀的数分能力能够给面试官好印象，更加容易脱颖而出。
例子：I used Python and SQL to conduct business intelligence analysis. These programming languages helped me extract data from various sources, clean and transform the data, and create meaningful reports and visualizations. This allowed me to analyze key performance indicators such as inventory turnover, on-time delivery, and supplier performance.
4. Can you give an example of how you enhanced operational efficiency using your skills and experience in supply chain management?
参考思路：面试官想了解候选人的实际操作能力，除了回答问题还要注意体现对业务产生了怎么样的正向影响，博取面试官的好感。
例子：One way I enhanced operational efficiency was by implementing a cross-docking strategy. This involved directly transferring products from inbound to outbound shipments, reducing handling and storage time. By analyzing transportation routes and warehouse capacity, we identified suitable products for cross-docking. This strategy resulted in cost savings, improved order fulfillment time, and better responsiveness to customer demands.
英文面试一般持续10~15分钟，接下来大部分面试会以中文进行。
适当准备一下公司的背景，behavior question及计划业务常见问题即可。
如：
你了解我们公司吗？我们公司主要业务什么？
为什么选择我们公司？
说一说你的优缺点？
说一说你对供应链的了解？
例子：供应链管理是指整个从原材料采购到产品最终交付给客户的过程。它涉及到供应商管理、物流运输、库存管理、订单管理等环节。关键要素包括供需平衡、准确的需求预测、合理的库存管理和可靠的物流运输。供应链管理的目标是通过合理规划和协调这些环节来提供优质的产品和服务，同时最小化成本并提高效率。
你认为计划类岗位需要的特质是什么？
例子：计划类岗位需要候选人具备良好的分析和解决问题的能力供应链面试技巧问题，能够处理复杂的数据和信息。同时供应链面试技巧问题，良好的沟通和协调能力也是非常重要的，因为计划类岗位需要与供应商、客户和内部团队进行有效的沟通和协作。此外，时间管理、灵活性和适应能力也是必备的特质，因为计划类岗位需要应对不断变化的需求和环境。
